Trademark NordmendeMartin Mende (Dresden) moved to Bremen in 1948 and henceforth called his company Norddeutsche Mende Rundfunk AG ("NordMende"). After times of crisis, Thomson-Brandt took over the company in 1977, radios were produced until 1978. After the Telefunken takeover, FS production was relocated to the Hanover plant, in Bremen it was over in 1987. Incidentally, the spectra color studio is said to have cost 5,053 DM (!?) in 1968, that was this 63 cm color television set with three integrated b/w tubes and at least a remote control.
