Trademark Murphy
Murphy, a British name, was originally made in NZ by Westco Products Ltd. After Westco disappeared, Allied industries took over the agency and manufactured for Fisher & Paykel Ltd. Pre-war, F&P had imported Pilot radios, but hadn't handled them since then, until Allied made Murphy.
